How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It permanently removes your login and everything you added. You can first download a copy with Settings → Export my data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or use "Manage subscription" in the app's Settings. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
Which AI companies see my material?
Text and documents go to Anthropic (the company behind Claude) to write questions and mark answers. Voice dictation sends audio to OpenAI. Read how we handle your documents and the privacy policy.
